It does the job. It is very slow coming out of the spout though.

This worked well from the jump. The hot water is loud when it’s heating, but not enough to regret the purchase.

After several attempts to clear this machine, the water doesn’t taste good. It taste better at room temperature. What a waste of money.

Excellent cooler. Cold water is ice cold. I use the hot water to make tea or instant coffee. Machine runs quietly. It is perfect , I don't have to load the refrigerator with big bulky bottles that take up room and need to come out to get something behind them. Quality all around ! Well priced, Wayfair makes it all easy !

I like it. Hot water is hot enough for tea and my granddaughter’s instant oatmeal. Cold water is cold. Quiet and looks nice in its spot!
