We are so very happy with this ice maker. I had a small countertop unit that always required filling a tank, and the ice was small and wet. Not very cold. The Cotlin unit does exactly what you ice maker in the refrigerator does, but several times faster! We have 11 pounds approximately every 24 to 28 hours. The cubes are solid and large. We have bagged 80 pounds already and deep froze them primarily for use on our boat. So easy! We have the unit in our utility room next to an upright freezer. It is very quiet. I was also impressed with the 3-year warranty. The perfect solution for our needs!
