The form factor is great. This is the smallest microwave on the market. I looked for what seemed like hours. Strange UI electronics engineering though. It's missing a +30s button, which is basically the only button everyone needs on the microwave. Instead, you can use preset buttons for 1-6 minutes, or hit Power Level (extremely weird UI) and then your desired time.

A cute little microwave that is just the right size for a countertop. the only thing I miss is the ability to set my own time. I can’t figure it out. It seems to just go in increments of one minute. Works like a charm in every other way.

Delivered on time. Received undamaged. Install was a little tricky because of the lip under our cabinets. Such an improvement to the the overall look from the last one.
