I have had the washer for 2 weeks, I had to get more parts sent because there were screws missing. I am excited to get them and begin using it

I have tried to call you guys repeatedly about problems with this unit! The delivery drivers did not do what they were supposed to buy taking out the other units and putting this unit and they just dropped it on the back porch after I had paid extra money to get it installed and the other unit hauled off ! So strike number one! after my fiance had installed it and hooked everything up I ran the washer and it constantly had a horrible vibration literally walking across the floor! I've set it on multiple settings and it's either worse or just a little bit better but it is vibrating so much that the front is starting to disconnect from the unit! I have messaged you guys on email I have called several times left messages I need to get this unit sent back and I refuse to pay any more money on it I have paid $150 on it so far and will not pay another cent I need someone to come and pick up this unit because it is impossible to use because the vibration is earth-shattering and it walks across the floor and disconnect the hoses okay because of the vibration I need someone to call me as soon as possible at 931-397-4006 because I am a level 23 on Google reviews and I will decimate Wayfair over this issue with reviews! I am not joking around I need this unit picked up and I am not paying another dime on this unit because of the problems I'm having! So the powers that b better be reading this because I'm very frustrated over this unit! I do expect someone to call me as soon as possible or I will be escalating this issue

This is the best investment I ever made.

This machine is great! You have to know how to use it. If you use highest dry. The machine will bounce and move everywhere. You have to select no spin dry. Ive set mine to not dry right away so I can select the automatic dry then select [No Spin]. Works great! Drys great! I highly recommend.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WORST PRODUCT EVER.
