New house, perfect beverage fridge

Received the fridge and plugged it in, after removing the package wrap. It ran for 40 seconds and stopped running. I have identified the problem and submitted the information on the website as required. I have not response yet from Mayfair Customer Service. At $918, to say I am disappointed is accurate

First unit was undeliverable due to the shipping company (FedEx) damaging the product in shipment. Replacement sent, but upon arrival, observed some box damage and detected some metal damage underneath the refrigerator that required some hammering to make it straight. Also one of the shelves had some hardware missing which I am working with the manufacturer to send me parts. The packaging needs to be revised to prevent damage during shipping. After all of that, the refrigerator works great and looks great. I just want you to be prepared for anything when you order this product.
