This item does exactly what it says it will. It produces large ice cubes ideal for whiskey and cocktails. It is a bit bulky, but has a modern aesthetic. It has a hum as it works, and it takes 25 minutes to create 3 cubes. I would recommend this item if you are in the market for large whiskey ice cubes. It is not ideal for an everyday ice maker use in the home for water or soda.
