I want to love this ice maker. It’s pretty looking, it’s not as expensive as the GE nugget ice maker, but it’s not up to par with the nicer ones. It does take up some decent counter space so I don’t recommend if you have a small kitchen (unless you don’t care). The pull out that holds the ice is kind of small also. The ice making is not as quick as stated. As long as you make sure you start it at night, you’ll be fine the next morning.

I was bummed about this ice maker. We went through all of the initial cleaning and set up, which takes a bit of time, and got it going. It started to make ice and then quickly started making a loud squeaking sound and wouldn't stop. There was also a burnt rubber smell. I am going to get in touch with customer service about a replacement and will update my review if I have a different experience.

Wow!! Really nice machine. This produces ice so fast and is really easy to set up out of the box. We love having nuggets ice to chew on in the summer but our dogs love it even more! Because they're older their teeth need the softer formed ice, this works perfect!

I am giving this product 4 stars because it does not make ice as quick as it claim. From my pictures you will see 2 clocks one is the time I started which is at 5:10pm the other is the time I went to go check which is 5:25pm. The very first picture is how much ice it made in 15 minutes. Now do not get me wrong beside the claim of being quick this is a great product. It does make a full bin of ice just make sure you start it a little early before you may need the ice. I went to sleep with it on and I was shocked to see that in the morning there was a full bin of ice. It did not melt away the machine will stop until some of the ice is removed. So yes I recommend this product I am going to just love this for those extra hot days to come.
