Drinkpod LLC Black Countertop Bottleless Electric Filtered Water Dispenser

We were so excited to get this water station put in. We had it installed by a plumber and within 3 days it was leaking all over the counter from inside the machine. We've had plumbers and handymen come out to try and figure out what's wrong but every fitting is tight and dry, we can't figure out where it's leaking from. The worst part is we've tried calling the manufacturer for several days and sent an email with NO ANSWER. Now wayfair is stating it's past the deadline of return, so now we are stuck with a leaking expensive water cooler that we can't use.

So far everything is fine. A few of the parts that will get the most use are plastic, the tray and the buttons you push to dispense the water so I am hoping that they hold up well. It was easy to install and came very quickly.
