Great product. I was only looking to purchase a hot & cold water dispenser, but the coffee pod was a great addition. The coffee pod is built in and simple to use to make a hot beverage. And the price was great. I feel like I got a 2 for 1 deal!

Well I bought the open box version. Usually open box or refurbished works out alright for me. NOT THIS TIME! The water tastes great. The cold water only comes out at 40°F not to cold by any means. The hot water comes out at 180°F, meh! The coffee pod section it didn't work. The water didn't go through the system correctly or at all. So no water hitting the pod area. Therefore no pod drinks. As for service wayfair certified open box didn't live up to expectations considering they say they inspected it's function. NOT! As for drinkpod llc. Mostly Crickets via email. Dealing with them. I would consider this very poor customer service. Over all I would avoid Drinkpod products all together. Yes I kept the unit. As I will fix it myself. I will make the cold water colder. And I will get the water flowing to the pod section.
