The first one I received was damaged on the bottom as the boxing is horrible for this product. The sent a replacement and it too is damaged however the box is too weak to send the product back in. I would not recomment purchasing this brand if they can not box appropriately. I havent even moved it into the house yet. Just trying to determine what to do.

DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM. I ordered this item based on the delivery time and it was late and arrived damaged. I processed the return and replacement and they sent another damaged item. Now I have to figure out how to physically get 2 of these items back to Wayfair as I don’t have the option for them to be picked up at my house. Total disaster.

My beverage cooler arrived 5 times damaged. After working with the Wayfair customer service team, i finally received one in great condition.
