Excellent product the top of the washing machine itself, scratches and dense very easily poorly made

We've had this machine for a year now and I love it. It gets clothes so much cleaner than our old one. It's quiet and very efficient with water. I do a lot of laundry for a short term rental I manage and this is ideal for doing lots of heavy loads.

Had all the features we needed. Washes really well

I am.globally satisfied but it is very annoying that small items (like kids socks) get stuck near the door and plastic joint. They get trapped near the water evacuation and stay soaked in water. The soap compartment isn't ideal either. There.is always a substantial amount of water trapped there. There is a annoying alarm that repeats itself like 10 times to let you know that the cycle is finished (once or twice would be enough). Not a fan of the buttons (touch) and the fact that you have to go.around all the list of possible cycles to select the one you want. Also the customisation options are limitated depending on the cycle you choose.

Have had my new front load washing machine for 3 weeks replacing my 14 year old top load Maytag. So far so good, the machine works very well and is easy to use. Would highly recommend this machine.
