I love my washer I recommend it I have it for a year and no problems at all.

Product is good. Delivery and support bad. We received a delivery on Tuesday, November 19th (not the 20th as written on our "orders" page). This delivery was for a replacement washer because the original washer could not stop flashing an error sign even with a good wash performance. The delivery crew removed the faulty washer and rather than bring in the new washer told me that when they opened the box the washer was heavily dented on the top so they had to take it back. Today is Thursday and no one has been in touch via phone or email. Thanksgiving is coming and we have no washer and no communication, as promised. Wake up Wayfair and GE Delivery!

Only issue is when they attached the pedalstals the foot adjustment on dryer were all the way low and all the way high on the washer so machine are not even in hight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using this washer for a few weeks now. Zero issues. Does a great job cleaning clothes with cold water. 4.5 cubic feet is big enough for our largest loads of laundry, although I still bring our winter comforters to the laundromat because they are so bulky and hard for any machine to balance. I especially like the "pod" feature, where it has a designated spot to add laundry pods in the detergent drawer instead of tossing them into the machine. I've had other machines where the pod gets wrapped up in clothes and doesn't fully dissolve.
