The 220 Volt vented model (model 880) works very well. I was not entirely sure I wanted to buy an Equator dryer due to all the nasty online reviews. But then I realized this was because Equator makes 110 Volt models specifically for people who do not have access to a 220 Volt power source. 110 Volts is not enough power to dry the clothes. Understanding this I went ahead and bought the 220 volt version and it works really well. Only thing because of the smaller size you have to be careful not to overload it; if you have a large load split it up and run the machine twice. So if you have access to a 220 volt power source and a vent duct ... GET MODEL 880 !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great product however, when we first got it, I had to go in and fix things because the mounting allowed things to bounce around during transit.

I bought this washer and dryer stackable, and I love it!! It is beautiful! I had a little issue with the dryer and James worked so hard to make sure I was helped and completely satisfied with solution. Thank you, James, for all your help!!! I appreciate you :)
