This is an excellent ice maker! The ice it makes is soft enough to chew, and both the dogs and I love to cool off with this ice after a walk in the humid weather. It’s not very noisy, and it’s an efficient ice machine, producing ice quickly when we need it!

The ice machine was the perfect size for the counter. Unfortunately the the machine never made ice. The fans never turned and a strange burning smell came from the machine. The item received was defective.

Before writing my review, I wanted to fully test this product. I can tell you that this is an amazing Nugget ice maker. Not only is it fast making the ice, the texture of the nuggets is incredible. My family has told me numerous times how happy they are I got this. Especially with summer around the corner, this is going to be a staple. Love!
