Great little, inexpensive vacuum! But ours has recently stopped spinning the brush roller whenever it hits a snag (sucks in a rug) and must be taken apart, cleaned, and put back together in order for it to spin again. Help! Any solution to this problem? (It’s not the belt slipping)

It was easy to put together, smooth maneuvering, and easily transitions across floor surfaces. Emptying the trap is a snap. Having three floors (basement, main level, and upstairs) this vacuum is powerful enough to clean all three floors while also being light enough to lug up to flights of stairs with ease!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: light weight, powerful, durable, easy to use, easy to empty/clean, works great for pet hair. Cons: position of on/off button, No height adjust, pet pal turbo attachment keeps falling off. Overall a great unit! Works really well with pet hair. Only thing they need to change is the position of the on off button and better Holder for the pet pal turbo attachment. Other than that, it works really great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this vacuum for just over a week now. I am really impressed with how clean it leaves my floors. It really had the power to go from carpet to hardwood flooring to tiles with ease. My area rungs have never been cleaner. It is a bit bulky for my wife since she's small, so I do most of the vacuuming in the house. The smooth swivel movement make getting everywhere easier. I have not yet experienced poor or low suction, works great every time. The detachable is perfect for cleaning hard to reach places like my ceiling fans. I have yet to try vacuuming the car but will try it this weekend. Very impressed with the power and quality of this vacuum, and love the versatility.
