[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried everything I could think of, and after following the directions in the manual, the machine would not spray any water/cleaner on my spot/stain. I filled the clean water tank up with water and cleaner, hooked up the attachment to the hose, and made sure the tank was securely in place. The noise of the machine was a lot louder than I expected. I did like the design.

The high power suction and scrubbing feature ensures it removes those tough stains and leaves behind a clean surface. I love that it has a dual tank system so I know when the cleaner is empty and the dirt tank is full. You can see the fluids coming in and out which help speed up the cleaning process. Even when full of liquids it is easy to carry from room to room. The hose is over five feet long to make sure I can reach those hard to find areas. This is my favorite new cleaning companion added to my home!
