I am in love!!! Kitchen is not yet finished but I wanted to post this review for anyone looking for a new stove/range combo. I have used the convection baking setting as well as the burners many times. It is very heavy and well made. Looks and feels expensive . It is definitely very very heavy so moving it is a bit of a challenge but I am fine with that because once it is in place that sucker is not moving. The legs are adjustable for height and I suggest removing the cast iron grills before moving it to help with weight. I ordered the 30” and out cutout was just at 30” and it fits like a glove. Cookies turned out evenly baked all around. Five stars for this baby .

Amazing stove. We wanted to upgrade to a commercial grade stove and this fit the bill perfectly. We looked at all of them and this was the one we picked, could not be happier. We wanted a 30" 5 burner stove with all 5 burner to be brass burners, no digital display and commercial grade front controls so that it is a low profile back to show off the back splash. This gave us exactly what we wanted. Love the infrared cooking option and the sliding racks. The igniters for the middle burner was not working when we received it. The customer service at Forno is amazing. Not only did they send someone out to fix it, but 2 different people we checking in and following up to make sure that if was being taken care of. They would call me with updates on the shipping the replacement part and scheduling the service, before I had to call to ask for an update. Would definitely buy Forno products again. Excellent product for the price. You get way more with Forno that you would if you bought another brand at the same or higher price.

Super nice looking stove. Classy as we bought the fridge to match. It really is a wonderful set. I love this stove and how it works. it is strong and has a great broiler too! good and strong for a unit like this!. Bought 2 other prior and sold on my past houses and they were zline. A wonderful brand. Went to this one and I love it even more!!!

For my kitchen remodel I purchased an ensemble of Forno appliances and during the work a worker dropped the stove causing damage. I contacted Forno customer service and was assisted by Emilia M. who is nothing short of amazing. I explained what had happened and she provided a breakdown for replacement parts and I ordered the parts I needed. Instead of shipping the individual components she shipped complete door assemblies and oven rack along with other items and some at no charge. I found out during repairs that the main gas line was bent and unusable. After checking on availability it was determined that the correct part was no longer available due to design change. At Emilia's request I provided the invoice for my purchase and Forno along with Emilia informed me that since the part was no longer available that they would be replacing the stove in return for the damaged one. Let me say that there aren't enough stars in the sky to give Forno and Emilia for the outstanding service and attention I was given to remedy my misfortune. I am and will only purchase Forno products no matter the cost for any future projects. This is the level of service other companies should model their business after. Emillia and Forno in my opinion are rock stars!!
