Killer unit! Came dinged and it was pretty tough to get the replacement part, I ended up getting a metal fabricator to make me a new piece

Stunning and a statement in the kitchen!

We are excited over this stove. We have not unboxed it, but I want to tell you I am extremely impressed in just the way it was shipped. It was shipped on a crate with Wood side-walls, and wood-top, reinforced by with metal at each corner. If they went to this much trouble to ensure the product was packed for shipping and protected (no cardboard at all), I can only imagine what they are protecting is going to be awesome. We are not opening it yet as that will be done by our installer...still yet to be installed. Edit: Stove install completed, and this is the end result. Also, I should mention, I e-mailed Forno so that I can buy replacement parts (not needed, but I am the type that will buy the replacements, just to have on hand of parts I know will eventually need to be replaced). I received an email response back within 20 minutes. I was very impressed. Replacement parts are things like new set of grates, or new burner caps. I can be a messy cooker, and these parts, over time, will not look new. This is no reflection on Forno. This is a reflection on the chef that will be using the product. That is why I wanted to buy these replacements. I want to say that Forno has been EXTREMELY responsive, and the price of buying new grates and covers to keep on hand is very reasonable. I love this company!!!

Incredible stove! Delivery was great and we get so many compliments

Finally got it installed last week. It's gorgeous! So many compliments. I've done a few big meals with it now. So much fun to cook on and bake with. Be aware it's a commercial level installation. Not problem, but just be aware.
