Would not buy another Forno. I thought we found a diamond in the rough, good product from a Canadian company, lots of issues...we had a very loud noise when we initially installed. It was the fan cooling the oven down after running through the initial installation setup. Some of the knobs are holding on by a thread, some are tight and smooth. The 'stainless' metal is soft the finish shows every little scratch. The burners color is wearing and has a very cheap look. Having the sooped up burners was a bad idea, we can't get the burners to cook on low, it's boil or nothing...The main reason we are replacing it after 2 years is because there is a very loud pounding noise when the stove is plugged in - not even in use.

Hi, My stove is S/N:FFSGS6187-30/24050018. It's the Forno Capriasca 30in Dual Fuel Range with 5 burners where as the description above only states 4 burners. Please reach out if there is an issue with applying warranty to my stove.
