late on delivery, I did not get a message that it was delayed. Called to make new appointment. The oven was delivered, but the guy responsible for removing the old one and putting the new one in is not professional. He says he can't do it. I have paid an extra $378.86 for removal and installation. So I had to help him complete his job since he is incompetent, and I needed it done asap. Wayfair should do a better job selecting their installers. Terrible experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our previous oven, which was 20 years old and quit working, This one is very nice, but I am still getting used to how it works. (The touch screen is new to me). I wish that I could change the sound it makes when it’s preheated or the timer is done- it sounds more like a fire alarm. We have a family member with dementia and she gets startled by it. I have found that I need to bake things a minute or two longer than the recommended time to make sure they are done. But it does bake very evenly. In reading the manual, I saw that it has a “sabbath” feature. While that’s not something we will probably use, I had never heard of this feature in an oven and I think it’s great that it is included for those to whom that is important.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After replacing the wall oven that was noisy and had inconsistent temperatures this quiet little oven beat all expectations. A quick little set up and leveling was easy. Fired right up and ran like a champ. Would buy again if needed!

Everything bakes evenly and the oven heats up quickly, which has made a noticeable difference. I also appreciate how simple the controls are to use. It looks nice, performs well, and feels like a solid value for the money.
