late on delivery, I did not get a message that it was delayed. Called to make new appointment. The oven was delivered, but the guy responsible for removing the old one and putting the new one in is not professional. He says he can't do it. I have paid an extra $378.86 for removal and installation. So I had to help him complete his job since he is incompetent, and I needed it done asap. Wayfair should do a better job selecting their installers. Terrible experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just a few comments on the installation documentation. The opening height indicates a range of 28 1/4 height for the opening of the cabinet. I made my opening 28 inches. When I installed the oven there was about a 1/2 inch gap at the top of the oven. The maximum height should have indicated 27 5/8 to avoid the gap at the top. The engineers of whoever wrote the manual never installed this oven. The side clearance indicated a width range also. My cabinet width was within the range so I did not change the width of the opening. However the short little screws that you provide to attach the oven to the sides of the opening were only 1/4 inch long. They did NOT reach the side of the cabinet opening. The engineers should have also noted this and as a standard provide side mounting screws that were at least 1/2 to 3/4 inch long. The only other annoying thing about using the oven is the oven temperature. It starts at 350 degrees. In order to cok something like pizza at 425 degrees, you have to press the "+" button 75 times to raise the temp to 425. It is a little annoying. The display should provide a numerical keypad for the starting temperature not the "+" and "-" sign. The oven works great and is very quiet. Cooks good! My wife is happy with it.
