late on delivery, I did not get a message that it was delayed. Called to make new appointment. The oven was delivered, but the guy responsible for removing the old one and putting the new one in is not professional. He says he can't do it. I have paid an extra $378.86 for removal and installation. So I had to help him complete his job since he is incompetent, and I needed it done asap. Wayfair should do a better job selecting their installers. Terrible experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The install was pretty easy, and the look is spot on for what I was looking for. I wish the wiring harness was a tad longer as it was difficult to wire into an existing box (without moving the box). But I was able to get it done.

1. The Broiler is great. It produces a uniform Broil across a large Rimmed sheet pan. 2, The Convection cooking reduced my baking time from 15 minutes to a little over 8 minutes for one dish that I tested. 3. The Alarm volume is way too low. I have it set at 100% and my wife and I can barely hear it. That's unfortunate because we have to use an additional timer each time we use the oven. Please improve this.
