It works really great. It was exactly what I needed for the space

The freezer that was advertised on Wayfair.com was not the freezer that I received. I contacted Wayfair customer service to inform them of the error. Initially I was told that the item I received was the correct item. I proved to Wayfair customer service that the item I received was the incorrect item regardless of what Wayfair showed on their end. The freezer that was advertised and that I ordered met the specifications and the dimensions that were perfect for the space in my new customized kitchen. The freezer that I received was not the correct freezer; the dimensions were much smaller (see the photo displaying the dimensions fo the freezer that I received) and the color of the door was stainless steel, not the "platinum" color that is displayed on Wayfair (the color displayed in the ad shows the color being darker on the top end and it lightens to a stainless steel color toward the bottom end (see the photos). Customer service offered me a 20% discount if I decided to keep the item or I could choose to return the item at my cost. I expressed that if I chose to return the item that I was not going to pay the shipping cost. That was absurd for Wayfair to propose that I pay the shipping cost to return the item when, clearly, Wayfair made the mistake. I then asked for a 50% discount. I was informed that the maximum discount that Wayfair could give me was 30%. Why did I not get offered the 30% discount from the start? I feel that customer service could do a much better job and that Wayfair in general needs to be accurate in the description of the items advertised. I don't believe that Wayfair is a bad company, I'm simply not happy with this experience and I'm disappointed that the freezer that I ordered could not be provided and I chose to settle for something less than what I wanted.

Works so far, it is a brushed stainless steel door, not as reflective as the pictures make ot put to be, which was great, as I was matching to stainless fridge
