I liked it but its not carefree ,you have to drain,wash out, and do regular maintenance to it. Plus the instruction book is hard for me to understand. Its not so simple.

We get ice in 18 minutes. It doesn't make a lot at one time but we bought it as a supplement to our refrigerator's ice maker when all our kids and grandkids are over. Since it works so fast, it's perfect for our need.
