Great microwave great price

I bought this Feb 2023, happy enough until it stopped heating anything after less than 3 yrs. Only a 1 yr warranty like most, pretty pathetic reliability for a major brand

I bought this microwave in March 2017 and one day in July 2020 the screen was completely blank. The warranty is no longer valid and I checked with some repair companies but the cost to repair is so prohibitive. We checked a youtube video which explained that mostly the fuse could have blown up. We opened it up and shocked to discover that the fuse was broken in half and there was a lot of grease in the upper part of the microwave as this microwave has a built-in fan. I would never purchase this model if I knew about this problem. I expected it to have proper grease traps. The fuse could not be obtained locally in Toronto so I had to order the part and hopefully the microwave will be fixed when it comes. Very disappointed with this purchase. Usually microwaves last for a long time and had not taken extended warranty.

A very nice unit….live the 3 speed fan! Still getting use to the full length door.
