[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first induction cooktop, but not our first Frigidaire Gallery cooktop. The first lasted 19+ years and still worked great; we just wanted to switch to induction. The cooktop is really easy to use, the learning curve is fast, because the cooktop is so easy to use. There's a slight buzz when a burner is on PowerBurst, but you don't have PowerBurst on for very long, so it's not an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first induction cooktop (previously cooked with gas), and it's working out great thus far. If you haven't used induction before, there is a bit of a learning curve in that different pans respond differently to induction energy. Overall, however, it's remarkably fast. The touch controls are very easy to use, with the heat settings controlled by a slider bar, and the response to changes is quick. The smooth black glass looks good-- and is so much easier to clean than my old gas range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had learning curve how to use it. It gets hot fast and cold off quick. I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tacos was the first thing I cooked on our new induction cooktop. It exceeded my expectations in terms of its ability to heat a pan quickly. The oil was hot enough in a few seconds to add onions. The heat control is also instant. Boiling water for iced tea takes about a minute (maybe a few seconds longer- but fast). Allowed the water to boil for a few moments, then reduced the heat to 0; the water immediately stopped boiling. I was impressed. One opportunity for improvement: I do wish there was a gasket under the perimeter of the cooktop to prevent spills from getting underneath.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Frigidaire 30" Induction Cooktop, and it has completely transformed the way I cook. From the moment I turned it on, I could tell this wasn’t just another appliance—it’s a serious upgrade in both performance and style. The heating speed is fast—water boils in what feels like seconds, and the responsiveness is spot-on. Adjusting temperatures is smooth and precise, which makes everything from delicate sauces to high-heat searing much easier to control. No more guessing or waiting around. I also love how sleek and modern it looks. The flat glass surface not only adds a premium feel to my kitchen, but it’s also incredibly easy to clean. Spills don’t burn onto the surface, so a quick wipe and it’s spotless again. Safety features are another big win. The cooktop stays relatively cool to the touch, and the auto shut-off gives me peace of mind, especially in a busy household. Overall, this cooktop delivers on every level—speed, efficiency, design, and safety. If you’re considering making the switch to induction, this Frigidaire model is absolutely worth it.
