Hotte de cuisine 30 po Frigidaire FHWC3040MS

I like everybody else hate this product because the fan buttons fall off and get lost inside the holes of the front panel and are impossible to retrieve. There's no easy way to get access to the inside of the front button panel to replace or fix it so this hood range becomes garbage much sooner than you'd expect!

It has been two years since I have purchased this product. A few months ago, while pressing the button for exhaust, one of the range hood control buttons went inside the range hood. I tried to retrieve it but could not. Yesterday another control button just flew off. I found the button as it flew outside and have kept it hoping to get it fixed. Besides, one of my halogen lights went off after a few months of purchase followed by the other. Not happy with the choice I have made.

Bought this to match my new frigidaire fridge and stove. Looks nice, but 3 days 1 bulb burnt out, 2 days later the second. Large store where I bought it says I have to call the manufacturer a week later - lol.. I did but the call volume.. have to waste more time and call back. Lights got hot. Really hot. I hope I will be reimbursed for replacement LED lights at minimum and that this isnt a sign..

2 of the Buttons fell into the Range Hood and I cannot retrieve them. I have removed the filters and tried reaching the front of the unit to find them but due to product design it's not possible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the function of the unit. I was less than impressed it didn’t come with a charcoal filter and they were no longer available from you! Bought an aftermarket filter that kinda fits but that’s my only choice!
