Very disappointed. This is not what I thought I ordered. It does not have the convection & Air Fryer feature that I specified in the search and thought I read in the unit specs. I thought I cancelled it before I went out of town for the weekend but when I returned it was delivered on my porch. Long story short, I had the unit installed using the Wayfair Professional installation program. After installation was complete I went through the Operations Manual to find there was no mention of the features I thought the item came with. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful appliance, works fine, and perfectly with my other stainless kitchen appliances and color scheme of my kitchen, but it defeats the purpose & intent of which I made the purchase. I was trying to declutter and regain space in my kitchen by consolidating broken small appliances like my Nuwave Oven, Over the Range Microwave & my fully functional Nuwave AirFryer and Countertop Microwave (4 appliances) with what I thought was an Over the Range Microwave that included the convection cooking of the NuWave Oven and the oil free NuWave Air Fryer. Since I had the appliance installed & threw away the shipping container (which was damaged) under the assumption (and excitement and anticipation) that my mission was accomplished, I am upset and disappointed that I have to go out and purchase another convection oven and air fryer. Hopefully I can find a unit that has both features and can fit on the stand the microwave was on or the space on the countertop where the Nuwave Oven was.
