Ordered microwave thinking surround was included Now not giving me information to order surround

The oven looks good but it came without all the parts that the site showed was with it when I ordered and now you can’t supply them

This is not entirely your fault, but it’s partly your fault. I ordered a microwave. Please note the photo shows a face plate on it. However, the face plate does not come with the microwave. Define the face plate. I have to also buy the microwave from somebody else. Or it’s not in stock anywhere and not part of what you guys sell seems ridiculous right? Very bad very very bad. It’s a great microwave. Missing the face plate even though the photo shows the face plate.

Microwave works really well. Lots of power for compact size. Does not come as pictured. No trim kit but does need to be boxed in for aesthetics. Not suitable for on the counter. Plan to build it in.
