When the stove arrived early I was thrilled. When the stove was unboxed I was crushed. The finish was badly marred, the oven thermostat was hanging loose and one burner didn't work at all. I immediately contacted Wayfair thinking I had mad a terrible mistake having bought a stove online rather than in a bricks and mortar store. I sent pictures of the problems and without hesitation Wayfair replied that a new stove would be dispatched as soon as possible and that the damaged stove should simply be disposed of. You can't ask for better than that. The new stove arrived and it is in perfect condition. Well done Wayfair!

Good for rental properties with simple design. So far so good

If I could give this a zero rating, that would be too high still. I didn't buy this, my dad, who owns the house did. The ONLY thing I do like is the inside is a little bit wider than my previous one, so baking pans fit better. But... not having a clock, timer or plug-in sucks!! The fact that the inside of the oven is constructed from 5 separate pieces makes cleaning an absolute pain! Also the bottom of the oven is springy so as it heats and cools it squeaks! ANNOYING!! The sensi-temp burners means I can't use any of my pots that don't have an absolutely flat bottom. Because of the stupid feet, the drawer is so shallow I can't put my pots in there that have always been in the drawers of other ranges. The design of the top means there are so many more gaps for food to get trapped. The edge around the top made it that I had to buy all small burner covers because the burners are so tight together.

2 months old and burns everything in the oven. Runs 100 degrees hotter than the dial indicates. Tried to adjust the dial as the manual says but to no avail.

If I could give this stove zero stars reading, I would, because it is the worst stove I’ve had to use in 53 years of life. It is so poorly designed, with having the knobs on the front of the stove which necessitate cleaning every single freaking knob every single freaking time you use the stove. Not only that, where is the plug. There is no plug in this stove. I have lived in the most budget of apartments with all the appliances and every single one of them was better than this brand new stove. Not only that, the thermostat in the stove not consistent even though it is a brand new machine. The burners, actually named in this situation, that’s basically what they do. You can have the knob turn to high or the actual lowest and the food will still be boiling regardless. The person who designed this stove should be forced to use it For a year and I can guarantee they would never design such a useless piece of garbage. Don’t buy this stove. I had no choice, my apartment building purchased the stove and boy were they ripped off.
