Id give zero stars if possible. Had 1 unit delivered...not working...needs a circuit board...umm no not on a brand new machine. Got a second 1 brand new out of the box again...not working.....went with a Samsung and am extremely happy now. GE sucks!

I bought this washing set approximately 1 year ago and I regret it every single time I use it. The washing machine doesn't clean dark clothes properly. I have tried different detergent, water levels and cycles nothing changes the outcome. These machines state they are eco friendly however I have to put each dark load into a separate rinse cycle to remove soap residue every time I wash dark clothes. All my dark clothes are ruined since buying these machines black and navy blue just doesn't look the same anymore.To date these machines have completely destroyed 1 pair of black dress pants and put a hole in my husbands new shorts. If I could afford to buy new machines I would.

The washer is so noisy that two people can’t hear each other while standing near it. It remains loud through most of the cycle duration. During the cycle drum bangs against the washer wall. Also side venting can’t be done (manual has wrong instructions) as design of the unit is not what’s shown in instructions.
