Awesome washer , my wife loves it

Purchased two months ago and it is ok but there are somethings had i known i would NOT have purchased it. It has no soap dispenser, you have to turn the washer on...wait about 5 minutes for it to turn on and off repeatedly until there is a bit of water in it and the lid unlocks so you can put the soap in the water then put the clothes on top. your alternative is to put soap in bottom then clothes on top and hope it doesn't stain the clothes from sitting on soap. It seems to do a fair job of cleaning the clothes however note that the machine adjusts the water level, you can not choose small, medium, large..it somehow sense the size and fills accordingly and I am not sure it puts quite as much water in as I would have liked.

This is a Great machine, I have had it for 4 years and not a problem. Washes great and I love the feature of "2nd rinse and 2end spin" Price point is great My only disappointment is the reviews on GE are misleading as there are no positives and you know GE sells thousands of these and to only have under 20 reviews all under 1 star is incorrect. Just sayin, Common sense folks. If I have any issue its the fact that the soap goes in then the cloths on top before adding water. My cloths still get clean but I would be more comfy if i could dissolve the soap in the water and then add the cloths. I do understand that the machine dry spins a bit to pre judge how much water ot add.

Barely have done 5 loads in this washer and it will not fill with water.

I bought this July( new build home) and just used it now. It is a piece of shy!! I’m so angry. Only fills up to 2 inches of water on the bottom. Do not Buy!! GE how can you make products like this to sell. Zero rating
