Item received damaged but customer service offered a small discount which helped cover some of the repair cost. Washer works great now, bigger than I thought it would be. Lots of loads to be done in the years to come. Wayfair staff are great to help you when things go not quite as planned.

Initial review Happy with this washer! Easy to navigate settings, does its job of cleaning clothes well! Great price! What more could you ask for! A short few months later worked well initially but not too long after became louder and louder and clothes remained wet then just stopped working. Unfortunately I didn’t open this washer right away so the timeframe to submit any claims came and went. Do I now recommend this washer NO!! NEVER!!! If you value your hard earned money, keep away!!!

Very pleased with my new washing machine. Read the instructions before use. Squeaks when not in level position. The wash cycle makes a swishing noise, clothes come clean and smelling fresh. Great rinse and spin cycle. Do not take long to dry after cycle. Would recommend it.
