I have had the freezer just over 3 yrs and it has stopped freezing items in the upper portion of the freezer. I bought the extended warranty and I am having issues with the company who is supposed to come out and fix it. They were out once ordered parts and replaced them about a week later. 2 days after the service tech was there the freezer still was not freezing called to arrange a reschedule but they will not come out when I can be there. I refiled a claim 7 days ago and have not heard a thing. the extended warranty is worthless at this point. I need a freezer I have lost food from my garden because I do not have a freezer to put things in. Very upset with the service I am receiving. Wayfair will not do anything.
