The only redeeming quality of this microwave is that it fits perfectly in the shallow cubby in our kitchen. Unfortunately, the overall functionality has been disappointing. There are very limited cooking and defrost options, and the defrost setting is far too powerful with no way to reduce the power level. Even something simple like defrosting bread can quickly become overheated if left for the full programmed time. The microwave also doesn’t allow for much flexibility in setting shorter defrost times. Another frustration is the door mechanism. The button to open the door is very stiff, and once cooking is complete, you can’t simply open the door — you first have to press an unlock button, which feels unnecessary and inconvenient. Overall, I’m not happy with this microwave. I’ll likely keep it only because it fits the space, but I would not recommend it.

This microwave oven is perfect for our space. Had to wait a few months for it to arrive (would have been the case no matter where it is was ordered), but I'm very, very pleased to finally have it in place. It looks amazing, the controls are simply, and I really like the 2-stage cooking feature.

Great value for the cost. Highly recommend!

It’s the same model as I had before and I’m hoping I’m not going to have the same problems as with my old one. The old ones fuse kept blowing after a few years of use.
