These are great! They keep my induction cooktop scratch free. They don’t interfere with cooking temperature, but keep in mind not to use them at the highest heat.

These are just what I was looking for, a thin silicone mat to put under pots and pans that aren’t so smooth on the bottom to keep them from scratching our new stove. I’m not sure how necessary they are, but I’d rather err on the cautious side and use mats. They wash up easily, and I like that they have a hole for hanging them.

Not what I expected, they are thinner and floppier. I had planned to use with old cast iron and a wok because high heat with those left some blisters. Not needed with my stainless steel pans.
