way too noisy and 3 speeds? it's speed 1, speed 1.2 and speed 1.3. hardly any difference. loud at all speeds

Its been a year or more the hood is good nice look works good just a little noisy and doesn't seem to be any difference in low to high speed but over all we like it would I buy again ? Maybe if the two items where corrected.
