Looks like a good ice maker. Got this one to replace the other ice maker we have. We have cleaning issues with the old ice maker and are hoping we don't have that with this machine. I appreciate that this has the large or small option for ice and it dispenses water as well. The other machine we have only dispenses ice. I can't give it 5 stars until we start using it and seeing how the cleaning goes. I will update this review with our recommendations later.

Love it! Bullet ice is better than I expected. We go through a lot of ice so what we do is empty out the ice into a ziplock bag and keep that in the freezer. It continuously makes ice as long as you fill the water reservoir and empty out the ice that's made which is approximately 4 cups in that holding area. That’s actually been very easy to do because the tank has a handle to grab and take to the sink to fill. The water tank also opens wide at the top very easily if you choose not to remove it from the machine and just use a pitcher to fill it (that's what we do). Highly recommend! It’s made life easier since our fridge keeps having issues with the ice maker. My husband who rarely comments said he likes how it looks. It's esthetically pleasing and blends in with the other appliances we have.

This machine is perfect 2 in 1 small and convenient, you will have an ice machine and cold water dispenser at the same time in this little machine I love it and is super cute ,super easy to use no need to read lots of instructions just plug it in ,fill the water tank, choose your need and that's it, of course is going to take some time to cold the water and make the ice

Not happy with the item and they will not let me return it! Totally did not meet expectations
