Smaller than I expected but it gets the job done we have 7 people in our house which produces about 16.5 pounds of laundry weekly gets the job done in 1 and a half loads. Many people have reported flooding from this product but it is because they lave the faucet on full water leaving it alone but the machine has a valve inside that accepts water at times when need which you just turn on the faucet. The machine is able to dry the clothes about 95 which is about the same my local laundromat dries. this is way more cost effective than having to pay 7.70 per machine which we use two of at the laundromat. when it is done i just hang it up which dries in one day. Over all this is a good solution to those who live in apartments like me.

DO NOT BUY!!! BAD ITEM!!! Purchased end of 11/2024. Broke down in middle of load 6/20/2025. Try'n to get this fixed under warranty is long, tedious & confusing. They sent a replacement water pump for me to swap out myself. 1st PROBLEM: I'm disabled, don't have hand strength & can't get to the floor w/out getting stuck there. 2nd PROBLEM: Drain hose is glued to the old pump & they did not provide a new hose, clamps, glue or instructions on how to replace & wire in. They act & treat you like you're already an expert in washer repair Example of direction w/out any photo guidance: Is this part pulled open like this; If this part is not pulled open, the next step is to check the tractor, If this part is pulled open, you need to check whether the drainage pump is working 2/2/2026- broke again!!! TOTAL WASTE!!! 4/2026- pump went out again!!! This is the replacement pump. Just as shifty plastic as the rest of the machine!!

Was a little challenging hooking up but would like to add that the water doesn’t drain properly so it has to basically be elicited to drain and I’m surprised with the technology of today and tomorrow that it isn’t water efficiency this would surely help the elderly people in apartments be able to do laundry and handicap so I diduyan extenderhose and the hose where the water drains is not very durable however maybe this can be tweaked lol

Worked fine for 6 months, then started having parts issues. Had to replace drain motor twice and now it will not spin at full speed, the motor gets hot. I can smell the electrical ozone after a spin cycle.

It came with a small amount of water in it, works just fine for me learning how to work it was more challenging great buy!
