the range itself is fine, oven works, stove works. Wayfair was pretty terrible. first they gave me a delivery window, so i scheduled my contractor after the window, and the range didn't arrive until a full week after the last day of the window so i had to reschedule the contractor. Then it arrived without a power chord (CHeck this if you are buying for canada the spec says POWER CHORD: YES), so i contacted them, annoyed because the powerchord itself costs $25 dollars but getting an appliance person to install it is $200, and i wasn;t about to try to install high voltage electronics on a stove myself. i asked for them to reimburse me for the tech's time, and they said no, i asked for contact for a tech who would service this brand (there aren't very many) but they said they couldn't. They said they could send me the chord in the mail for 2 weeks from when i complained. I said fine. One week later they sent an email saying the "replacement part i requested is not available" so they cancelled it. terrible service, has cost me hundreds of dollars extra and 3 weeks more of having my kitchen without a stove. Would not purchase an appliance on wayfair ever again. this was an awful experience.
