Although we really enjoy the color, finish, size and shape of this bisque refrigerator, and it keeps the food cold and fresh, and frozen food frozen, there are two significant issues: (1) it is (of course) a self-defrosting refrigerator, and ice builds up underneath the bottom freezer drawer, makes the bottom drawer harder to pull out, and the water spills out across the kitchen floor when it "defrosts" that ice under that bottom drawer (have never had a fridge do that); (2) The iio website provides a phone number on its website (giving impression customer service can be reached), but that number is fake; when you call it, there is a recording of a man stating that they do NOT take phone calls and you must email them. There are two email addresses, one "info" and one "service". I have emailed both several times, and neither ever receive a reply. They do not respond to emails, and will not take calls. I read a review where someone said they never heard back, and I proceeded. I asked a question to customer support/info shortly after my purchase and they do not answer that number and state you must email, and they never replied to emails plural. I then reached out when the ice started building up under the fridge, and water spreading out across the floor after less than a year of usage, and their voice greeting states that they do not take calls and you must email, but they do NOT reply at all to any emails. I then asked Wayfair to reach out to them, to ask them to contact me, and Wayfair reached out twice to them, and iio has never responded.

Perfect for small spaces!

This refrigerator is amazing in our basement apartment! It has a nice sized freezer storage space too. Stylish and works great!

Fits perfectly and it sparkles!!! The new pantry frig/freezer makes the pantry pop, I had a small stainless frig freezer there before and it completely threw off the entire focus of this pantry. Perfectly in line with the counter depth so you don't feel like you have to step around it.

Super cute! Great for a single person small kitchen!
