I really like it. Make great ice pieces, cold water and hot as well.

Love the look of this water dispenser. The water features all work great. Love the ice it makes however it does not seem to keep the ice frozen very long, as it melts and then the ice drainage in the back of the machine has to be drained multiple times a day or the melted ice fills the “freezer” with water. Seems to be a major design flaw unless this particular unit is faulty. Not happy about that.

Works great and just a bit noisy when ice is full but works great and nice to have ice available.

The water dispenser is great, wonderful love it. Best purchase I did.

A bit shorter than I had hoped but WORKS PERFECTLY and makes big bullet ice cubes the cold water works well and so does the hot !

Ice melts if it's not used after a period of time. Otherwise, so far it's a good machine.

So convenient and easy to set up. Two machines no longer needed. Grabbing water from dispenser to put into the separate ice machine no longer needed Just plus in and hit the ice making button and forget about it

Item shipped quickly from California to northern Alberta. Received - waited 24 hours and plugged in. Fault light on so called Wayfair customer service. Very helpful and had replacement unit shipped out. Second unit arrived. Instructions don’t say, but make sure you have a water jug on top and air bubbles out of all taps before plugging in. The unit is only an inch bigger than my old water cooler in all dimensions so it doesn’t take up a lot of extra space. Working well so far. So pleased to have all water temps and ice all in the same unit.

Like it
