Just got this delivered to my home today. Opened to check it out but haven’t had time to try it. The surface of the buttons and area around are full of scratches, the drum is dirty, the dirt is actually stuck at the bottom of the drum, not just dust. Doesn’t look like a brand new machine, don’t know if other buyers’ have the same condition. Will ask for an exchange, if another one still the same will probably return for a refund.
