Wonderful little machine, works like a champ so far! The spinner is powerful and can get some items almost completely dry! Washer capacity is good for about 5 shirts at once or 3 pants at once. Great for washing a weeks worth of clothing in just a few runs.

I think my first experience with purchasing an item from Wayfair was so stressful that it made me leery of making anymore things from them. However, when I received a call from a customer service agent wanting to make right my bad experience by discounting the item I purchased by 15% I felt a lot better about Wayfair for even reaching out to me and making the gesture.
