[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the Roomba Max 705 Combo robot and Auto Wash Dock. I love that the docking station is a neutral coloured, elegant looking wood pattern. It fits in with my electronics and furniture nicely. The robot itself is also quite nice looking. At first I was overwhelmed with the app because it's confusing, but once you have the hang of it and your robot is personalized to your liking it's pretty easy to contend with. The robot cleans quite well. It has mopping features and a vacuum and can do floors or rugs just fine. I was worried about the mop getting mouldy but the Docking station does all the work. Washing and drying, emptying out the dust and keeping things tidy for me. You have to trust the process. The robot knows what it's doing and you barely have to fuss with it in between cycles. It's also mapped out my place extremely well and knows what to avoid. My favorite thing about it is that it's helped cut down on cat hair. Having clean floors every day with minimal effort is also a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the greatest thing for busy people. We have two dogs and had another brand of robot vacuum (no mop feature). It really was ok for keeping on top of hard floors but that’s all. This one is truly the Cadillac. The set up is extremely easy. Everything is then controlled through an app, which allows you to set automated routines, get a product health report, check cleaning progress, and easily order parts when needed. Love it! The suction is much better than what we had before, but with the dog hair, our carpets still need to use our regular vacuum. However for 95% of what you need, this is it. That’s where the star reduction comes in. I’d give it a 4.5. The mop feature is awesome. Your floors are almost completely dry when it’s done, so you don’t have to worry about slipping. It has a headlight for going under the bed, so cool! The parts, including the bag, last a long time before needing changed. We use this a lot and with a little wiping every now in then, it’s in good shape (so finding frequent cleaning of the product isn’t needed). Beware it is loud when emptying the bag but other than that, it’s pretty quiet when running. I would absolutely recommend this.

I had been thinking of buying an automatic vacuum as I have a one year old who crawls all over all of the time and loves to throw food on the floor. This Roomba has come along way from the robot vacuum I bought 5 years ago! They really thought of everything when designing this. Part of the setup includes mapping out the area to clean and watching it do its work was mind blowing! It cleans so well and is so good at navigating tight spots. It is very quiet, you barely know it’s there. This is so nice to have as a working mother. It takes a chore off of my plate!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model of the Roomba is definitely an upgrade from the older, not as intelligent version that I have had for years. Setup was simple and straightforward and the app is very easy to use and navigate. I was particularly excited to test out the mopping feature and was pleasantly surprised at how effective it was on the floors! The suction is very powerful - I watched it suck up a big piece of lint debris with ease. The mop guard keeps the carpets dry which is fantastic. It has very good precision with the mapping, and I feel like I can rely on this device to do a very good job while I’m out of the house to save me some chore time. The only thing I would improve is the noise level - a bit loud to run while being in the house so I would just let it run while I’m out. Fantastic product overall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very hopeful for this roomba considering its advertised for pets. With 3 dogs and 2 cats I thought this was going to be the answer to all my problems and my back breaking cleaning routine would be alot less. Whilst it does what it should generally I have found it seems...confused. after an initial setup that had some struggles even with the app, after contacting roomba support I was able to get it connected and working so that it could map out the house. They dont tell you in the instructions or anywhere but it took support to tell me that if there are any special characters or capitals in your wifi that this roomba is going to have a hard time connecting and staying connected. Leaving me having to completely redo my wifi and now half my house needs to be reconnected weeks later. The roomba itself mapped out the house super quick but im unsure if its the lack of the liar on top or the implementation of this new advanced one, it left alot to be desired. Mapping things that weren't there saying furniture was what it wasn't. I set up the rooms and after quite a bit of fixing the initial map I was able to get all the house setup and a routine set on where and what to clean. Other vaccums I've had have gone completely to the edge this starts to then stops and spins and turns around. It also misses alit of spots and will complete a room when I can see that a whole part of it hadn't been mapped out yet. Im not sure if mine is just super confused from its issues with setup or if this is how it is but it leaves spaces unmoved, spaces not vacuumed, it won't even go fully into one room that has nothing blocking it and just turns back around. While it is helping and keeping the house cleaner I still have to run it a few times in hope it will clean everything after a few passes. I do enjoy the sleaker dock with the water buckets hidden. And I like that it empties itself out at the end so that dust isn't getting stuck and needing me to empty it constantly. I like it and it does what it needs but maybe that new liar just needs a few more tweaks or my roomba is just a confused one. I'll keep using him and hoping he figured more out the longer he is cleaning around here. He does have a good battery cleans almost my whole home before he has to go back and charge for about an hour.
