This wine cooler (thermoelectric, no coolant) was a good pick for us; environmentally friendly due to not having coolant and it was the only cooler that fit are area under a cabinet. I installed it and tried to put 12 bottles of wine in it. The top and bottom levels were easily accessible, but the next 4 levels, with wine bottles in them were so tight that you had to lift up the level above and the wine bottle can be force out. It is a matter of time before the front block of wood breaks on due pulling out the wine bottle. So, although it can hold 12 bottles, getting out any from the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th level is very difficult. Our fix since we have to keep it due to the size, is to remove the supporting rack out for the 2nd and 4th level and now it holds only 8 bottles. My complaint is saying it is a 12 bottle wine cooler is false advertising; very disappointed.

The unit arrived to our gift recipient damaged. Replacement unit is not in stock. Hoping they receive the replacement before Christmas.
