The freezer is everything I was wanting it to be. But that being said, the delivery process was upsetting. I purposely ordered it to coincide with 600 meatballs I was making on the day it was due to be delivered. I bypassed several other marketplaces because of the delivery date. I allowed a day if there was a delay. But no sooner had it shipped than I was told it would be delayed about 9 days and not to even worry about it until then. I tried to cancel the order. I shopped local and found a replacement. Found a team that would bring it here. I tried to track the freezer from Wayfair but there were no updates. I tried to get it returned from where ever it was, but no. Then I received notice it would arrive on the 11th, then the 12th, then the 11th again. Please dont' do this to other customers. It kind of ruined a full week of my life. So product is 5 star, but delivery was not reliable or clear.

Fast shipping safely packed so no damage when it arrived, worked great when I tested it does refrigerate and freeze!!!

Nice. Delivery truck left it at end of driveway. Poor delivery

Love the item but didnt like delivery it was left outside for an 86 year old person. The door bell was not rung nor did they knock on the door. Drivers should at least knock on peoples doors and advise them

Happy with our Kenmore freezer it is right size for our apartment
