Never bought a appliance online was a little reluctant.But with Wayfair return policy I gave it a go .I'm glad I did.I was surprised how fast I got it And the delivery guys were so awesome.carried it right into my kitchen.This freezer was very well packed..Not one dent or scratch on it .Waited two hours plugged it in and in no time it was ready to put food in it.I set temperature control to half.But next morning I turned it down to a quarter .My food is froze rock hard at this setting.The freezer is the perfect size and nice and deep.Holds plenty of food..Only little thing I do wish it had a light in it but that's no huge issue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FREEZER.. CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE EITHER

Product is new. Just plugged it in and it works. Problems with shipping. Way fair folks were excellent while resolving shipping damage.
