Love my Miele!!! Like the name honey, its sweet!!! Sometimes it falls over when I tug it, or gets tangled in its cord--and its cord could be longer, and it has a tough time with the thick shag carpet in the bedroom, but, this vacuum has agility and willingly moves forward, quietly sucking up the stuff. The wand is long and easy to use. Vacuuming furniture is a joy, its a pretty machine. Ive never sent so much on a vacuum, but Ive wanted a Miele canister for ages. So Im happy I finally bought this one.

After joining the membership, I got this at a great price. I did a lot of research and decided on this model. I have been very pleased with this model. I am a bit apprehensive about the foot button on the carpet attachment to adjust for carpet heights. It seems "flimsy", but I do not have any experience with it failing. The vacuum is light weight and the suction is really strong. It is very quiet for a vacuum. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very excited to finally own a Miele vacuum. So far I’m loving it! It is easy to maneuver and picks up everything! So far so good!

Buyer beware I think this is overall a great vacuum but I would not buy it through Wayfair. About a month after I received the vacuum the clip that locks the extending pole in place popped off. Its made of cheap plastic (on a vacuum this expensive!) and it failed after maybe the 5th time I used the vacuum. I reached out to Wayfair who could not assist as its been over 30 days. Im reaching out to Miele to get assistance but its rather annoying that Wayfair cant assist. Sooo.... if you want a Miele buy it through Miele or an independent vac store. I will say it does a great job (even having to hold the darn pole in place while vacuuming).
