[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been very pleased and satisfied using the Mist filters in our home with the pitcher in the fridge or filtration system under our sink, so it was no second guessing when it was time to purchase a large water cooler dispenser for our family greenhouse business. This long black unit is sleek with a glossy surface that can be wiped down when needed. Not only does it have great looks but it also has great works! The ambient water temp can be slightly cold but that could be due to the water that is connected to this unit. When testing out at home the tap water is pretty cold but at the greenhouse since it is well the tepid is warmer. Not a deal breaker but wanted to mention and this could be as designed. The noise level is acceptable and never it does not run at high cooling or heating for long periods of time. The storage cabinet looks like a fridge but is designed as a storage cabinet. The walls can also be wiped down since this unit will get dirty due to the environment it is being setup. And speaking of setup I do not have to mount to a wall since the unit is freestanding and has a decent center of gravity with the 5 or 4 gallon bottle on top.

It has a small compartment on the bottom to store cups and napkins in. I love the safety locking feature on the hot water button that keeps my five year old from pressing it and scalding himself. This is a highly affordable, efficient water cooler! I have never personally owned one before, but decided to get one to help ease the stifling heat of my garage, especially with this record hot Summer season we've been having. Though I wish it were a little faster for cooling drinks, it does what it needs to do to keep us hydrated while we stay in the garage for extended periods of time. It has two adjustable settings, a heating and a cooling mode for your drinks, and a center button option for room temp water. I've yet to use the heating mode as I don't typically need hot water (especially not in this heat that we have already). The cooling function allows a bit of water to stay in the tank of the unit to be cooled and gives about 4-5 small cups full of cool water before having to cool the newest amount dripping down. I was under the impression this came with a cooler jug, a three or five gallon, but that's not the case. Not too bad as my local grocery store has bottles and a refill station right up the street. After a quick trip, I was able to very easily install the jug as it came with a silicone cap with a puncture lid made specifically for coolers. Within an hour or so, I was able to use the unit after initial unboxing, as per the instructions. It runs fairly quiet and I'm able to drink more water on the go or while passing the machine. There's a little tray underneath the buttons to catch excess water and excess drops and holds small drinking cups, the plastic/ styrofoam ones you get for these sort of coolers, well while filling so you do not have to hold both the cup and push the button at the same time. Drips clean and I've yet to have any issues with leaking or the unit overheating. I would love to have another for my room if I'm being totally honest as I love water and I'm always in need of some. This would work great for my needs, especially on dryer nights, preventing me from waking up with a sore throat. It also just encourages you to drink more water as I just looks very appealing coming out of the machine, especially when it's just the right temperature and goes down cool!

This water cooler from Mist is perfect set up in our dining room, there is no assembly required. Just find a stable spot and plug it in. Now we as a family only use it for the cool drinking water, but it can also dispense hot water as well.
