I have been a custormer for many many years and I have never been dissappointed till now. on order no. 39487822145, it arrived cracked, went to return and it said it was not eligible for refund. I was stunned. you gave me an $8.35 to keep it cause it was not worth the shipping cost back to you for a damaged part. I will have to think twice now if I ever need to purchase anything from wayfair. I will look if available elsewhere. never had anyproblem returning items in the years I have been a customer.

Fit my Moosoo K17 that I bought in 2020 perfectly. No issues fitting in the charging dock. Took a star off for marginal packaging, which probably was the reason FedEx had issues with delivery; should have taken a few days but stretched out to several weeks. I was on the verge of asking for a refund until they found it somewhere across the country.

High quality. Replaced my old broken one perfectly

Although its a replacement part, build quality is good. Looks sturdy, one thing it does not fit all the way to the original charging dock.
